    Steam double layer of milk egg "双皮奶"

    清楚地记得第一次吃双皮奶是在香港吃的,牛奶很醇香,蛋很滑。其实好的双皮奶是讲求牛奶和蛋的融和,从香港吃到澳门,再从澳门吃到中山(孙中山的故乡)还是觉得香港的是最好吃。

     

    我是爱吃甜品之人,牛油芝士牛奶蛋糕饼干都爱吃,而且我还能做好一手顶呱呱的芝士蛋糕

    (死要脸!),终于我决定自己来亲手做份双皮奶,材料很简单,只要一瓶鲜奶,几粒蛋和一些白糖就可以了。

    Jess - Never try Guang Zhou one, will try it next week when i visit there. Some quite sweet, i like the HK one as the milk taste is perfect for me, my place here(Zhong Shan) also a bit sweet, and i dislike the milk taste as it's quite 臭牛味.
